We need a resource to share the good about Las Vegas, and hopefully this web site will serve as a positive place where we can share upbeat stories of the fabulous people, places and properties of Las Vegas which may continue to inspire us all.
Let’s take a quick step back. In April, 2001 I moved from Northern California to Las Vegas, NV to write about the American dream and to experience, “The Entertainment capital of the world.” There have been many high’s as well as many low’s, yet always the belief that dreams can come true through hard work, focus, perseverance and a little luck thrown in, has remained strong.
Over the years I have written and self-published several books, including “The American Dreams Collection” and “Las Vegas Dreams.” I was fortunate to interview some of America’s as well as Las Vegas’ greatest achievers and hear first-hand their stories of success, achievement and prosperity. Through this web site I will share many of them. I truly believe we all need to hear more of these uplifting stories of hope. Where did all the good news go?
Looking back. It was my interview in 2005 with Florence Shapiro, the reigning queen of Las Vegas luxury real estate and partner in Prudential Americana Group – Shapiro & Sher which first opened my eyes into the fascinating world of Las Vegas real estate. Since 2006, I have proudly worked as a REALTOR® for Shapiro and partner Ivan Sher as part of Las Vegas’ #1 luxury real estate group, the Shapiro & Sher team.
I have the best of both world’s, real estate by day and writing by night.
